Volunteers

Catholic schools are successful because of the generous amount of volunteer hours given by parents! There are numerous opportunities for volunteers to consider throughout the school year. Here are some for your consideration:

• Office (12:00-12:30)-this job relieves the schools secretary for a lunch break. It requires answering the phone and maintaining front desk activities.
• Library (flexible times)-this job assists the media technician with various library activities.
• Computer helper for classrooms (flexible times)-this job assists classroom teachers with student computer help.
• Classroom Contact Parent (flexible times)-this job assists classroom teachers with the planning of activities throughout the year.
• Reading Helper (flexible times)-this job assists the classroom teacher with student reading activities.
• Math Helper (flexible times)-this job assists the classroom teacher with student math activities.
• Lunch recess (outside) helper (11:15-12:00)-this job assists teachers with recess supervisory duties.
• Lunchroom (inside) helper (11:10-12:00)-this job assists principal with lunchroom supervisory duties.
• Hot Lunch helper (11:00-12:00)-this job assists Hot Lunch Committee with serving lunch to students.
• Art Literacy program (flexible times)-this job requires training (provided) to teach students about various artists, artwork and styles.
