to Donate)
The
St. Paul Parochial School Endowment Fund was
established in 1984 as a non-profit endowment fund corporation
for St. Paul Parochial School. It is a 501(c)(3) corporation.
The purpose
of the organization is to solicit and receive gifts of money
or property to provide income to augment the cost of operating
and maintaining St. Paul Parochial School.
The activities
of the organization include promoting memberships, receiving
gifts and donations of money or property, investing funds
and maintaining a permanent capital fund, disbursing income
for the use and benefit of St. Paul Parochial School and
generally promoting its educational purposes.
The interests
that accumulate over the year from the investments and savings
account are disbursed annually by the Endowment Board to
the St. Paul Parochial School.
Any person
making an annual contribution of $25.00 or more shall be
entitled to membership. "Person" in the foregoing
context shall include contributions jointly made by a husband
and wife.
The organization
is a membership organization without voting rights in its
members. The business and activities affairs of this corporation
are managed and governed by its Board of Directors. The
Board of Directors consists of individuals appointed by
the Endowment Board. The current Board of Directors consists
